Refund Policy

For monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Elite):

For new clients only, if you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment and no significant work has been delivered or initiated on your behalf, you may request a full refund by contacting us at billing@novaspark.com.

This guarantee applies to your first month only and is not available for subsequent billing periods.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: after significant work has been delivered, after the 7-day guarantee period has expired, for dissatisfaction based on results (e.g. SEO rankings, ad performance) that are outside our direct control, or for services already rendered and accepted.
