• Marketing automation and CRM setup

Services are delivered remotely and described in detail on our pricing page. Specific deliverables are outlined upon purchase confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• One-time payments are charged immediately upon purchase
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@novaspark.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your services until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all final creative deliverables produced specifically for your project. NovaSpark retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All proprietary tools, frameworks, and templates used remain the property of NovaSpark LLC.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

NovaSpark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NovaSpark in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, advertising, or social media management, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, NY.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
